In fact just today as I was reviewing an older website for a potential client, I was surprised that they only had their contact information – phone and email – on the contact us page. As you search the web you will find the current trend and more importantly – what customers have come to expect – is for the phone number to be in the header or footer (or both) of EVERY PAGE!
